Care & hanging
Your suncatcher is UV-printed on 3 mm clear acrylic. A little care keeps the colors bright for years.
Hanging it
- Clean the window first, then press the suction cup firmly onto the glass.
- Hang it on the inside of the window. It isn't made to stay outdoors in rain and frost.
- A spot that gets direct morning or evening sun makes the colors glow the most.
Cleaning
- Wipe gently with a soft, damp microfiber cloth.
- Don't use glass cleaner, alcohol or anything abrasive: they can cloud the acrylic or wear the print.
Good to know
- Peel off any protective film before hanging, if your piece has one.
- If the suction cup loses grip, wash it in warm water and let it dry, then try again.
- Acrylic is much lighter than glass and won't shatter, but it can scratch, so store it wrapped in a soft cloth.
